Dear All,

Those of you receiving this e-mail are invited to advertise on the Welcome Pack as regular attendees of Village Business. .

I have attached an action plan which represents the meeting outcomes from this week. I hope they are accurate - do let me know if there is anything wrong in there.

We also discussed the running of the group in the future aligned to the use of the website.

This will be as follows (if, David, you don't mind helping us out!)

Joy - tea/coffee
Penny - programme of events programme@
Annie - reports from meetings info@
Jane - room bookings
Dave- membership enquiries (from the website) membership@

Perhaps someone could volunteer to do some advertising of events too - e-mail the gazette/article in Parish Mag/posters?

A quick up-date since the meeting:

We will apply to The Triangle for the extra funding and the Parish Council to act as banker and pick up running costs. For this we need a business plan, costings for on-going pritning and a prototype for both groups to see.

Annie, the best Parish Council meeting for us would be 11 August and we need to get it all to David for at lest the week before - can you do that? Otherwise we will have to wait till Sept (and the meeting will not be quite so easy - will explain verbally to those who are curious!!)

The programme so far for the rest of the year is as follows:
15 Sept - Negotiation skills training - our very own Penny!
20 Oct - tba but hopefully an inspirational business woman speaker
17 Nov - tba but working on a book keeping session again Penny will approach her accountant for a contact.
Dec - social tba
